Free Tips to fix Kitchen food disaster/mishaps

This is my first blog on how to fixing Kitchen disaster and accidents. In this blog you will see some fixing and some advice on making kitchen food making a fun activity. Kitchen disasters come in different ways, whether it is on the food that you cooked or the kitchen tools that you used. On occasion of mother day you will see some ideas for avoiding those accidents.
 
Here are some known some unknown but valuable kitchen tips and trick to help you creating some nice foods:
 
  1. Keeping Vegetables fresh for a longer time

To keep the vegetables fresh for a longer time, wrap them in newspaper before putting them in freeze.
 
  1. Removing skin of almonds easily

Soak them in hot water for 15-20 minutes.
 
  1. Too much Salt in Soup

Place a raw peeled potato in the bowl; it will absorb the extra salt.

  1. Changing sour Yogurt taste

First drain water then add milk to make it as good as fresh in taste.
 
  1. Peeling Garlic Cloves Faster

To peel garlic cloves quicker, microwave them first for 10 seconds.

  1. Avoiding browning of apple

Apply some lemon juice on the cut surface of the apple to avoid browning.


 

  1. Biscuits/cookies fresh for long time

If you keep a piece of paper towel at the bottom of the container, it will keep biscuits fresh for a longer time.
    
  1. Keeping  Potato or Cauliflower white


When boiling new potato or cauliflower add a 1/4 of a lemon to the water - this will stop them from growing grey and keep them white so they can be used later.
     
  1. Cookies Becomes too hard

When you bake cookies and they come out too hard, simply put the cookies in a bag with a piece of bread overnight. The cookies will absorb the moisture out of the bread and will be soft in the morning.
  1. Lumpy sauce

Place in a blender with a pat of butter. “It makes the sauce come to a beautiful froth.

  1. Burnt meat
Spice combinations like cinnamon and cumin, chipotle and adobo or even liquid smoke can reduce the burned notes and add a complementary smoky and spicy flavor.
  1. Dried-out meat
Add some sauce or gravy, this will improve the texture and reintroduce moisture   dried meat.


 

  1. Pasta Stuck-together

Put Pasta back in water container and then add a splash of olive oil, and use your fingers to separate the pieces
