Part 1- shower head
Why to clean them?
Two year back a study finds that many showerheads are dirty and may be covering you in a daily dose of bacteria that could make you sick.
An analysis of 50 showerheads from nine U.S. cities found that about 30 percent harbored high levels of Mycobacterium avium a group of bacteria that can cause lung infections when inhaled or swallowed. Researchers from the University of Colorado at Boulder found the levels of Mycobacterium avium were 100 times higher than those found in typical household water. Researcher found that when we start taking shower we
get a high load of Mycobacterium avium initially. Mycobacterium avium is linked to pulmonary disease, causing symptoms such as a persistent drug cough, breathlessness and fatigue, and most often infects people with compromised immune system but can occasionally infect healthy people.

Part 2-Cleaning Blinds easy way
Cleaning my blinds is one of the last things I usually put on to do list.
However, living in a desert, dusty, windy area makes my blinds extra dirty every time I want to open my windows for some fresh air.
So here is a simple way to clean blinds.
What you need:
Mix equal parts vinegar and warm water in a bowl.
Old sock
Method:
Slip a sock on your hand dip in the solution and wipe all the grimy dirt away.
When your sock gets really dirty, rinse it in some clean water and repeat the cleaning process.
These ideas I took from an article I read in thefrisky.com.
