How other 30 teams will do in 2012 NFL Season (Fantasy football)

This is my second blog on 2011-12 NFL Season. In first blog you will find who win 2012 Super Bowl. In this blog you will see the predictions for all 30 teams . How they will do in this season. These predictions will help to get good standing in Fantasy football.

1.Green Bay
and Pittsburgh

Defending champion Green Bay and runner-up Pittsburgh still have the most complete rosters, but they’re out because no team has made back-to-back Super Bowl appearances since New England did it seven seasons ago. And the last time a losing Super Bowl team went back-to-back to the big game was Buffalo in the 1992 and 1993 seasons. The long journey to a Super Bowl takes a deep physical toll. So watch out for the Packers and Steelers, but not until 2012.

3.Indianapolis

Indianapolis is out because Peyton Manning’s major injury issue throws the entire franchise (and maybe the state of Indiana) out of whack.

4.Atlanta, New Orleans and San Diego

Atlanta, New Orleans and San Diego are talented teams and should make the playoffs, but they’re out of my Super consideration because they all had major flaws exposed in last season’s playoffs, and I don’t see obvious signs of uplift this year.

Yep, Atlanta’s Matt Ryan, San Diego’s Philip Rivers and the Saints’ Drew Brees are early MVP favorites. But the last time the regular-season MVP won the Super Bowl was the 1999 season, when St. Louis’ Kurt Warner double-dipped.

7.New England and the New York

New England and the New York Jets are fun, daring teams, but they’re both out because they seem to spend more energy trying to eliminate each other than moving on to the big game.Plus, I’ve picked the Patriots almost every previous year, and they’ve rewarded me by failing to win a playoff game in the past three seasons.

9. Tampa Bay, St. Louis and Houston

Tampa Bay, St. Louis and Houston are intriguing teams with major growth potential, but they’re out because I’m not sure they’re ready to win in the postseason.

12. Kansas City, Chicago and Seattle

Kansas City, Chicago and Seattle won divisions last year, but they’re all out because I’m not enthralled with the respective QB-coach combos — Matt Cassel/Todd Haley, Jay Cutler/Lovie Smith and Tarvaris Jackson/Pete Carroll.

Detroit and Cleveland

Detroit and Cleveland are sleeper picks to make the playoffs, but the jump from Loserville to the Super Bowl is too much for one season.

Who will win 2012 Super Bowl 46 in Indianapolis (Some Interesting Predictions)?

Super Bowl XLVI. The game is scheduled to be played Sunday, February 5, 2012, at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.

Here are some interesting NFL predictions, for 2012 Super Bowl in Indianapolis. Super Bowl XLVI will take place at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana on February 5, 2012

Interesting prediction: Philadelphia vs. Baltimore in Super Bowl 46, mark it down in permanent ink.OK, this is my pick mainly because I can’t find as many reasons to eliminate these two as I can for the NFL’s other 30 teams, so you might consider this backward thinking. But I’m searching for teams that have top-12 quarterbacks, defensive playmakers and good timing, and I immediately eliminate the teams that don’t have those things.

-Defending Super Bowl champion Green Bay Fate: 11-5 wins the division, but exit when the Packers hit a hotter team in the 2nd round of the NFC playoffs.

-Runner-up Pittsburgh Fate: 10-6 suffers some injury hits, get a wild-card spot behind division-winning Baltimore and lose to the Jets or Patriots in the second round of the AFC playoffs.

-MVP: New Orleans QB Drew Brees. With Peyton Manning potentially out for a while, there’s no player more essential to his team’s hope than Brees.

Tom Brady is close, but Belichick has enough around him to make a semi-run even if he lost Brady (as he did a few years ago with Cassel when Brady went out in Week 1). If the Saints lose Brees early, the season is done.

-Defensive player of the year: Detroit DT Ndamukong Suh. This generation’s Reggie White. And I covered Reggie White, so that’s not something I say loosely.

-Rookie of the year: Carolina QB Cam Newton. He might put up some mediocre numbers, but I think Newton will make two or three plays a game that will be worth watching.

-Unheralded QB of the year: Buffalo’s Ryan Fitzpatrick.

-Coach of the year: Philadelphia’s Andy Reid. He has made the transition from McNabb to Kolb to Vick seem like it was planned all along, which I don’t think it was. And I think Vick is due for a monster year.

-Biggest fall of the year: (Tie) New York Giants and Chicago Bears. I’m guessing neither will finish above .500.

-Surprise/most entertaining team: Detroit is the fashionable choice.  What can I say? I’m fashionable. I think the Lions will get a wild-card berth.

More focus on the Lions: They’re a fascinating representation of what our Bay Area franchises could have been, in different pieces, with different choices.

They’re coached by Jim Schwarz, who was almost hired by the 49ers in 2005, when John York at the last moment picked Mike Nolan, instead.

Their offensive coordinator is Scott Linehan, who took the 49ers’ offensive coordinator for a few hours when it was offered by Mike Singletary in 2009 before pulling out and exiting for Detroit.

Their offensive star is Calvin Johnson, the wide receiver the Raiders would’ve drafted No. 1 overall if they had decided not to take JaMarcus Russell.

Detroit’s back-up quarterback Shaun Hill, who the 49ers dumped in favor of David Carr last summer.

Free Tips to cope with your back pain from backpacks Part 2

This is my 11th blog on Back to School deals and advice .In this blog you will find information about how to
Cope with your back pain from backpacks. This is my second part of blog on back pain

5. Use both shoulders

Carry backpacks on both shoulders, using both straps. For single-strapped bags, switch sides regularly to avoid weighing down one side.

6. Tighten the straps

When wearing a backpack, tighten the straps so that the backpack sits close to the body and 2 inch above the waist.

7. Bagpack a better choice

Use a backpack instead of shoulder bags, purses or messenger bags. When worn correctly, a backpack is better than these other types of bags because the back and abdominal muscles, the strongest in the body, support the weight of the bag.

8. Buy a good quality backpack

wide, padded straps – narrow straps dig into the shoulders and can interfere with circulation
           a padded back
a hip strap or waist belt to help distribute the weight evenly
           lightweight material
multiple compartments to effectively carry items of different sizes

Why I am not Loosing my Weight after doing everything in 2011 Part-4

This is 4rth part of blog on why I am not loosing my Weight after doing everything in 2011. This is commom problem with lot of people when they try everthing but no result to show. Try some more tips below:

15. Stress and weight gain

Stress and weight gain go hand in hand. Though you may not be aware of it, being under constant stress can increase production of the hormone cortisol which can cause an increase in appetite as well as extra fat storage around the abdominal region--a big no-no since abdominal fat is linked to diabetes, high cholesterol and other health problems.

16. Weekends Problems

Having some treats now and then is fine, but if you find you do very well during the week only to eat yourself silly on the weekends, you may be hurting your weight loss goals. To lose one pound of fat in one week, you would need to cut 500 calories with diet and exercise for 7 days. If you only follow that for 5 days, then eat way over your limit for two more days, you're taking two steps forward and one step back.

17. Medical issues

Some medical conditions and medications can contribute to weight gain. While not everyone will find this to be true, it's important to explore every avenue if you're genuinely following an exercise program and a clean diet and still not losing weight. One condition known to affect weight is thyroid disease. A thyroid deficiency can cause a decrease in metabolism and may lead to weight gain.

18. Weight loss plateau

Almost everyone reaches a weight loss plateau at some point. As your body adapts to your workouts, it becomes more efficient at it and, therefore, doesn't expend as many calories doing it. You may find that after your initial weight loss, your progress will slow down and eventually stop. This happens due to doing the same workouts, and eating not enough calories.

19. Portion control

This may seem obvious, but unless you're tracking your calories each day, you may be eating more than you think. Portion control is one culprit, especially with restaurants providing enough food in one meal to feed several people.

20. Intermittent Fasting

Intermittent fasting can be a great tool to break through a weight loss plateau. Make sure you’ve fully transitioned onto a Primal eating plan and start small. Skip breakfast and eat a late lunch. If that feels okay, skip breakfast and lunch the next time. Just take it slow and pay attention to your hunger. Eventually, try exercising in a fasted state to maximize the metabolic advantage.

21 Increase and Boost Your Metabolism

When our main source of energy (glucose) depletes, the process of metabolism turns to fat stores (body fat) for its primary energy source. On the other hand when our supply of blood sugar is too high, the process of metabolism stores excess "energy" by converting it into body fat causing the weight scale to move in an upward direction. Three ways you can do this-

·         workout session

·         post-training oxygen consumption

·         Addition of lean muscle mass.
